What are the options available to me for placing an order?
You can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year via our website. If somehow you are experiencing issues with checkout, or prefer another method, you can always contact us during normal business hours at (877) 323-7238 to place your order. What payment methods do you accept?
Save time and hassle with peace of mind by ordering Online 365 days a year while protecting your purchases and keeping your sensitive payment information secure and confidential. We accept all major credit and debit card methods including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Special Financing options are also available through PayPal™ Credit, and now introducing Klarna®, where available. All payments and refunds for standard checkout transactions on Speedytronics are processed via secured PayPal™ and Square (Square, Inc.) server gateways. - NOTE: If purchasing by "eCheck" payment through PayPal, like a regular paper check, an eCheck may take up to 3-5 days to clear (processing time varies upon individual bank's clearance procedures). You'll see the transaction status set for your order as "Pending" after eCheck payment has been initialized. We'll automatically notify you as soon as the process is completed and eCheck officially cleared and immediately ship the corresponding item(s) thereafter. When utilizing an eCheck payment, you don't have to have a credit card or other payment method linked to your PayPal account. The funds come directly from your bank account.
Do you charge sales taxes?
Speedytronics currently only collects and remits sales taxes to the State of Colorado for all purchases with a shipment or delivery address within Colorado, as required by U.S. law, for transactions processed on Speedytronics.com. The current Colorado state Sales Tax rate charged on all applicable orders placed on Speedytronics.com is 8.85%, respectively. If sales tax is not collected on your purchase, applicable States require that a purchaser file a Sales and Use tax return end of year. The Sales and Use tax return is utilized to report all taxable purchases that were not taxed originally at point of purchase, and to remit the taxes associated with said purchases. Applicable states' home rule jurisdictions should be contacted directly to determine any tax liability under their specific city Sales and Use tax ordinances.
I'm having problems placing an order, can you help?
No problem. I've already placed an order, but need to cancel or modify it. What can I do?
By finalizing your order please be aware that at a certain stage no cancellations or modifications can be made after the checkout process has been completed, as we have already begun to deploy our rapid shipment processing procedures. However, in some rare cases we still may be able to halt or rectify the order as necessary upon your request. Please utilize our main Speedytronics Support portal immediately for quickest and most available help, with your Name and Order # (preferred method).

You can also contact us during normal business hours at (877) 323-7238 with any order cancellation/modification requests if order is still able to be changed. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No! We gladly give our customers the option to order without an account creation stipulation so you can simply checkout quickly and hassle-free and order as a Guest. During checkout, you can also elect to subscribe to our Weekly Deals and Exclusive Discounts promotional emails as well (also available at the bottom of each page), without requiring a Speedytronics account. Please note however that some exclusive deals, coupons and discounts are only valid and available to Speedytronics.com account holders.
Where is my order?
If 24 hrs. have passed since you first placed your order (M-F, excluding federal Holidays) and you still have not received an official Order Confirmation email, or any other order status emails, please use our Speedytronics Support portal or send an email to Support at: support@speedytronics.com with your Name and Order# and we will immediately check into the possible issue and give any order status updates available. If you have already received Order and Invoice email confirmations, please allow up to 24-36 hours (excluding weekends and Holidays) before final Tracking email is sent as there are instances, depending on volume, where we have already indeed sent out packages for shipment, but simply have yet to batch process and disseminate our customer's final tracking number information at once.

Shipping and Delivery
When will my order ship?
Every attempt will be made by our warehouses to ship orders that are received by 2 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on normal business days (M-F - excludes holidays) on the same day the order is received. Any purchases not shipped same-day will be shipped the next business day contingent upon the availability of resources to fill your order. Some exclusive items may however be fulfilled for shipment within up to 48 hrs. (excluding weekends) and will otherwise also be indicated per item listing (on item's main product page). There are no refunds for freight/shipping charges (if applicable), discounts etc. due to delayed shipping. Peak/Holiday periods are expected increases in volume and thereby could affect normal shipment output times.
What orders qualify for free shipping?
Any order 50 lbs. weight total or below will qualify for 'SpeedyFree Shipping' (+ Same-Day ship) if ordered before 2PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) M-F excluding holidays, or thereafter for standard 'Free Shipping' (normally ships within 1 business days). If you are making a multiple-item purchase and the total combined weight for that order is over 50 lbs, your order will automatically include an additional calculated shipping fee. To rectify this, simply make a separate order to maintain under this per-order weight amount threshold.
What orders qualify for same-day shipping?
The vast majority of orders that are completed before our warehouses' cut-off time of 2pm EST, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), will qualify for Same-Day ship. Please note that some exclusive items may not qualify for Same-Day shipping irregardless, but will still qualify for Free Shipping, and will otherwise also be indicated per item listing (on each item's main product page).
How do you guys ship? what carriers do you use?
Service methods provided are Priority and First Class Mail® by USPS (on applicable items), FedEx Home® and Ground®, including optional Express services, and through UPS we go standard Ground service, including 2-Day or even Next Day Air® express services if need be. Your invaluable tracking info will also be promptly delivered. Majority of items designated with 'SpeedyFree Shipping' and 'Free Shipping' are shipped via Standard FedEx/UPS Ground methods. (FEDEX HOME DELIVERIES OCCUR 7-DAYS A WEEK, Mon-Sun, excluding holidays | UPS Mon-Fri excl. holidays | NO PO BOXES). Speedytronics utilizes FedEx Home® Delivery service as our default method. Although the vast majority of our shipments will reach your doorstep within 2-3 business days time by default, if you require more time-sensitive, guaranteed deliveries, please contact Speedytronics Support via our direct site main portal, or email support at: support@speedytronics.com before placing your order to inquire about Express services available.  (Where applicable, Express shipping services preferred will be invoiced separately prior to shipment and must be paid before posted Express same-day ship local cut-off times to ensure timely delivery of your order).
Where do you guys ship from?
We maintain relationships with and ship from select distribution warehouses and locations throughout the mainland United States, with locations currently in CO, NV, CA, AZ, OK, IL, OH, GA, and PA. Some items may ship exclusively from a single distribution warehouse location. Depending on stock-level and availability of product, multiple-item purchases may simultaneously ship from separate locations.
Do you ship to PO boxes, and/or APO/FPOs?
By default we do not. However, in the case of strictly PO box shipping, some smaller items may have exception (such as headphones, portable electronics, and any other misc. small items below 3 lbs.). We reserve the right to elect method of shipping depending on item-type, quantity and price variable. If the item you are seeking meets these general description requirements above for PO box shipping, contact Support or email to: support@speedytronics.com prior to order, or note to us within order information (or ex. PayPal payment note) that you prefer your purchase to be shipped to a PO box while following instructions given below. Alternatively, for a more quick and simple solution, just enter your PO box address along with your physical address when going through checkout. (*see graphic below) *Our checkout system by default will automatically reject any input of a PO box as the main standalone billing/shipping address. If your item(s) meet the criteria and you prefer to have your package shipped to your PO box, please input your billing/shipping information when placing your order, with physical address first, and PO box in the second address field, such as in this formatted example:

I live in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico do you ship here?
Speedytronics is only shipping to the US 50 States at this time - *Signature Required for Delivery for purchases subtotaling $250 and up - (CANNOT SHIP TO PUERTO RICO, TERRITORIES, PO BOXES and NO APO/FPO's — although concerning PO boxes, some small items however may have exception and will be specifically indicated on the item's product page, and automatically appear as available shipping method via USPS-only during checkout). For security, we can only ship purchases to the address given on payment receipt at time of checkout. Please make all necessary changes/updates to your payment and/or bank accounts prior to purchase as we will not honor any separate requests for alternate ship-to locations. *** Recipients in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are required to inquire about, and be subsequently separately-invoiced any correct additional shipping amounts prior to checkout, where indicated. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico and also require multiple items, simply contact Speedytronics Customer Support or email: support@speedytronics.com directly to receive correct amounts. We also now offer FREE shipping on select items for our AK, HI & PR customers. These qualified items will be automatically indicated per product listing.
I'm currently overseas, do you ship internationally?
Although future plans are in works for international shipping, unfortunately at this time we do not. When this policy changes it will be prominently announced across our website, with updated Shipping and Terms & Conditions of Use policies.

Returns and Replacements
What is your return policy?
Speedytronics utilizes a 30-Day Returns policy on all qualifying defective and all qualifying non-defective merchandise only, *unless otherwise specifically indicated on the item's product page (*per manufacturer's restrictions and regulations—and in these instances, the manufacturer themselves are required to directly handle any request) - To cover service and distribution charges, a 15% standard return processing/restocking fee from merchandise total will be assessed. There are no restocking fees for Defective items. Inspected merchandise found non-defective upon a defective claim, a 30% processing fee from merchandise credit total will be applied. Original and Return/Exchange shipping fees are non-refundable, where applied. However, we will ship out new Replacements in the case of a Defective-exchange, free of charge. Upon receipt and inspection, we reserve the right to refuse returns altogether or deduct percentages based on condition of return on a case-by-case basis (in extraordinary situations, or when we make rare exception for an otherwise ineligible return, we may issue coupons, discounts, or Store credit-only)— Please visit our official Return Policy page for full details on our returns procedures and guidelines.
How do I return an item?
- Standard Item Returns will always be accepted as long as these basic minimum requirements are met: **1*. All original packaging and accessories are intact (and don't worry if you had torn or otherwise opened for example the plastic packaging of your item).
**2*. The return request itself is officially made within a 30-day period from date of receipt (delivery) of item.
**3*. The requested return item does NOT meet the criteria outlined in the Restricted Item returns section.
**4*. Obtain an authorized RA# (and this can be done, along with your request, by Getting Support directly, or simply emailing support at: support@speedytronics.com - stating your Order # and basic outline of problem) *!! Important tip on RMA's !!*: Defective and Non-defective product will only be accepted in returnable/resalable condition with all its original packaging. Do Not write the RA number that you receive on the original product packaging (instead, write this legibly on the shipping label itself, or on the box near the shipping label, but assuring barcodes/numbers etc. are not accidentally overwritten - e.g. RA# xxxxx), as this will make the product ineligible for resale, and more importantly, your refund! - Once the RMA request is received and processed and you have obtained your official number, you will also be simultaneously given our Returns Warehouse mailing address for your package.
- Most Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days after issuance and expire thereafter, unless otherwise specifically indicated. Any products received after expiration date indicated in official RMA instruction message/email will be refused and you will forfeit the shipping costs (not be reimbursed).

I'm not satisfied with my item, but still want to try another, can I just do an exchange?
Absolutely. Once we receive your official RA Exchange/Replacement Request (must be within 30 days from when item was first delivered) for a non-defective item, it will then be in-process. After it is finalized from our warehouse we'll send you the official RA Replacement # and forward you all the info you'd need to return-replace it at that point. In the meantime, gather up all the original accessories and packaging that came with your original item so it can be properly processed at the facility. After it's been received, accepted and processed at our returns facility we'll automatically notify and subsequently refund you (minus any applicable return processing charges - see our guidelines here), and upon a new order, a new shipment will be immediately sent out. Why are some items labeled as non-returnable? how do I return these items?
Because of specific manufacturer requirements, distribution agreements and other preset regulations, certain product lines and brands are unable to be returned to us directly (instead, to the Manufacturer or manufacturer-suggested Authorized Repair Center for Repair/Replacement services only) and subject to specific restrictions which include an overriding of our standard product Return Policy. These specialty and restricted brands and lines will be as indicated per item listing (on item's main product page)

My order has already been returned, when should I expect my refund?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days warehouse processing time for all Standard item returns/exchanges to be officially accepted and credited. All refund credits are automatically applied to the same payment account used for the original purchase (* Store credit-only may be issued in appropriate circumstances). * ALL QUALIFYING RETURNABLE PRODUCT MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH ALL MANUFACTURING MANUALS, PARTS AND ACCESSORIES. ANY DEVIATION FROM RETURN POLICIES WILL CONSTITUTE A BREACH OF AGREEMENT AND CONSEQUENTLY RESULT IN CHARGEBACKS, PENALTIES &/OR OTHER FEES, UP TO AND INCLUDING REFUSAL OF PRODUCT AND DENIAL OF ANY RA CREDIT WHATSOEVER. RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (INCLUDING DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE). In rare cases when an original item had arrived broken or otherwise defective, Replacements will be sent via standard Ground at no charge! - All items returned that are incorrect, visibly abused or damaged by Customer will not be accepted and will be automatically refused by our Returns Warehouses.

With our automatic package insurance protection policy for orders $100.01 and over (excluding tax and shipping charges, if applicable), UPS/FedEx automatically cover you $100 and below. Damages and losses are strictly the responsibility of the Carrier when under this amount threshold once the ordered shipment has been sent out (*UPS and FedEx ONLY — 'USPS' First-Class Mail postal service is excluded from this, as smaller packages chosen and sent via this method, when available, are Uninsured, and these damages or losses are your sole amenability! — though you may still file Claim for Lost/Missing or Damaged items chosen and sent via USPS 'Priority Mail' valued at $50 or below, at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm). Customer is responsible for making lost/missing claims with the appropriate carrier as soon as the lost/missing package is detected. For damage claims, please save all of your packaging, it must be available for inspection by the carrier. (for FedEx domestic claims online: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/claims.html)
(for UPS domestic claims: https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page) - Regardless of package insurance, a UPS/USPS/FedEx delivery record will be conclusive proof of delivery against Loss claims. However in the rare case of Damaged product valued $100.01 and over (excluding tax and shipping charges, if applicable) which resulted in a DOA (dead on arrival) or otherwise Defective/malfunctioning product(s), WE will promptly file claim directly on your behalf with the appropriate shipping carrier to rectify these damages (again please save all of your packaging, as it must be available for inspection by the carrier, as they determine necessary). Please note all of your $249.99 and lower valued purchases (excluding tax and shipping charges, if applicable) are sent out by default with 'Shipper Release,' which authorizes a delivery without a signature requirement. Speedytronics does not accept any liability for loss or damage to the package(s) after delivery when all counter-claim criteria is met.
