- Regardless of package insurance, a UPS/USPS/FedEx delivery record will be conclusive proof of delivery against Loss claims. However in the rare case of Damaged product valued $100.01 and over (excluding tax and shipping charges, if applicable) which resulted in a DOA (dead on arrival) or otherwise Defective/malfunctioning product(s), WE will promptly file claim directly on your behalf with the appropriate shipping carrier to rectify these damages (again please save all of your packaging, as it must be available for inspection by the carrier, as they determine necessary). Please note all of your $249.99 and lower valued purchases (excluding tax and shipping charges, if applicable) are sent out by default with 'Shipper Release,' which authorizes a delivery without a signature requirement. Speedytronics does not accept any liability for loss or damage to the package(s) after delivery when all counter-claim criteria is met.
