Absolutely. Once we receive your official RA Exchange/Replacement Request (must be within 30 days from when item was first delivered) for a non-defective item, it will then be in-process. After it is finalized from our warehouse we'll send you the official RA Replacement # and forward you all the info you'd need to return-replace it at that point. In the meantime, gather up all the original accessories and packaging that came with your original item so it can be properly processed at the facility. After it's been received, accepted and processed at our returns facility we'll automatically notify and subsequently refund you (minus any applicable return processing charges - see our guidelines here), and upon a new order, a new shipment will be immediately sent out.
