Damages and losses are strictly the responsibility of the Carrier when under this amount threshold once the ordered shipment has been sent out (*UPS and FedEx ONLY — 'USPS' First-Class Mail postal service is excluded from this, as smaller packages chosen and sent via this method, when available, are Uninsured, and these damages or losses are your sole amenability! — though you may still file Claim for Lost/Missing or Damaged items chosen and sent via USPS 'Priority Mail' valued at $50 or below, at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm).
