Where is my order?

If 24 hrs. have passed since you first placed your order (M-F, excluding federal Holidays) and you still have not received an official Order Confirmation email, or any other order status emails, please use our Speedytronics Support portal or send an email to Support at: support@speedytronics.com with your Name and Order# and we will immediately check into the possible issue and give any order status updates available.

If you have already received Order and Invoice email confirmations, please allow up to 24-36 hours (excluding weekends and Holidays) before final Tracking email is sent as there are instances, depending on volume, where we have already indeed sent out packages for shipment, but simply have yet to batch process and disseminate our customer's final tracking number information at once.
